ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Anita! I’ve lived with and around dogs all my life, and for the past year, I’ve been professionally walking dogs with love and care. I specialise in small group walks to ensure they get the individual attention they need.

I use a fully air-conditioned, small van with window seats and crate options, I provide seat belts for safe and comfortable pickup and drop-off of your best friend. Your dog's safety and comfort are my top priorities!

One of my favourite spots for walks is the beach, where dogs can stretch their legs, enjoy the fresh sea breeze, and have some fun paddling, digging and ball games!

I also do coastal walks in nearby fields and safe, grassy spaces away from main roads. I’m currently studying Canine Welfare Level 2 to deepen my knowledge and provide the best possible care for your dogs.

With training in dog first aid and a true passion for animals, you can trust your doggies will be in safe and caring hands. I love and care for them as if they were my own.

Where do you offer your dog walking services?

I provide dog walking services around the coast North Shields up to Blyth and surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether I cover your location, feel free to get in touch!

What types of dogs do you specialise in?

I specialisze in medium-sized dogs such as Retrievers, Doodle Crosses, Spaniels, and Poodles, as well as small breeds like Terriers, Shih Tzus, Malteses, Jack Russells, and Scottish Terriers. If your dog isn’t listed, send me a message to check availability!

How many dogs do you walk at a time?

I walk dogs in small groups of a maximum of six but I prefer around four. This ensures they get plenty of attention, socialisation, and exercise while staying safe.

Where do you walk the dogs?

I take dogs on a variety of safe and engaging walks, including the beach, parks, and nature trails—perfect for exercise, enrichment, and fun!

Do you provide transport for the dogs?

Yes! I have a fully air-conditioned small van with window seats and seat belts, or crates if preferred, to ensure your dog travels safely and comfortably during pick-up and drop-off.

How long are the walks?

Standard walks last approximately 60 minutes, not including travel time. However, I can discuss custom walk durations based on your dog’s needs.

How often can my dog be walked?

I offer regular daily walks, occasional walks, and tailored schedules to suit your needs. Just let me know what works best for you and your dog!

How much do you charge?

Pricing depends on the number of walks per week and any specific requirements. Contact me for a quote based on your dog’s needs.

Will my dog always be walked on a lead?

For safety, dogs are initially walked on-lead unless I have written permission and I am confident in their recall skills.
